This is how WE celebrate Earth Day!

Miles and Brian and I had some friends over this afternoon to have crazy, toddler fun. We planted a few trees in honor of Earth Day and Arbor Day, whenever that is!

We have a few areas in the new condo that could use some greenery, so why not? But really, who needs a reason to toss, eat, scoop and 'redecorate the patio' with dirt!??

Our new plants are pictured below with Miles and I.

Then, there was the clean-up.....

This is Miles first bath with a friend, Jasper. The two boys had an absolute blast together!

As I was fussing with the flash on my camera, I accidentally discovered the cool setting that only added color to the froggies above Miles and Jasper's heads and the water. Now if I can only remember how I got to that menu in the first place....

Until next time.....

Miles and Milo
Yes, their names are really similar. I swear I never get Miles name wrong UNTIL he plays with Milo. Oh well, I can blame his mama because Milo is a great name! He is a sweet boy, too. The two get along pretty well for toddlers. Here they are actually playing along side each other.

Here is the monkey boy posing for the camera. He totally gets that if he stands still for a minute and waits for the bright light to go off, he then gets to see his cute self on the other side of the camera (the display window).

That's all for now!

Here are a few photos of the exterior of the new Linder casa by the lake.

Just when you thought that it was safe to write our address in ink in your address book - we move.

Gotcha!

This place is wonderful - lots of trees, QUIET, pools, jacuzzis, MORE QUIET, and a marvelous feeling of serenity. I truly feel that this will be our home for awhile.

Swimming lessons for Miles during the day and relaxing in the hot bubbles for mama and papa at night!

Ahhhhhhh.............
Miles loved watching the ducks swimming in this lake during an earlier visit. He refused to walk away unitl they were out of sight.

During our first tour of the property, we saw an egret that Miles chased around until it flew away!

I told him that we would see him again soon.

Anyhoo - our new address as of May 10th, 2008 is:

13112 Summertime Lane (no unit #)
Culver City, CA 90230

I have not switched the home phone line over, but I believe that it will not change.

Did i mention that Culver City public schools have a really great reputation? Another major plus to the move.

Please come visit us soon! We start the big move on May 9th. Heck, come on out and slug a box or two! We will gladly pay you in pizza and beer. And I bet Miles will throw in a complimentary hug and sloppy kiss!
