Here is the first attempt at feeding Mr. Miles "solids". This trial run included some dry baby cereal mixed with mom's milk....As you can see, the first try was not so welcomed, but we will keep trying. Perhaps it was a consistency issue.....

A later session that was much more welcomed, consisted of organic bananas. More food updates to come.

The Minnesota invasion! Mary Kaye and Bob came through a few weeks ago and a good time was had by all. The two of them babysat little Miles one night so that mom and dad could go out for a sushi dinner alone. Yum!

Boy, is Miles getting quite used to those previously out of control appendages! Here he is, two-fisted. He loves to grab at everything within reach and is super at getting the pacifier back in his mouth!

There is Mr. Miles, just hanging out, wanting to say a hearty 'hello' to all you folks out there checking in! The bib is for all the drool that just keeps on coming...By the buckets full. I saw a onesie the other day that said "Drool is the nectar of knowledge". If that is true, Miles will be a child prodigy! Seriously....

By the way, the hair that you see on his cute noggin is red! Just like mama....
